SIGLENT’S SSG series of signal generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 20 GHz and 100 kHz to 40 GHz. They provide normal analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM. There are also models that can provide pulse modulation, pulse train, and digital modulation.
